The wide range of contaminants, like wires, strings, meshes

or large foils can quickly produce spinnings. The machine

servicing that then becomes necessary results in high costs

IntensaMaXX enables reliable, trouble-free operation even with

highest concentrations of contaminants. In the process, up to

80 % of the contaminants contained in the recovered paper

can be removed. The pulper detrashing machine can be used

in LC and HC pulping systems from all manufacturers.

Eccentric tank shape prevents malfunctions

The eccentric and asymmetrical housing of IntensaMaXX

prevents all kinds of tail formation and spinning. As a result,

even very high amounts of contaminants do not cause

operational problems. As the contaminant discharge is

oriented downwards, it facilitates reliable removal of heavy

contaminants such as screws and stones.

Low wear thanks to intelligent rotor arrangement

The rotor and screen plate are attached on the top side of

the machine, arranged eccentrically to the machine housing.

This configuration reduces wear to a minimum.
